Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Aesthetica Medica

Last Updated: 28.03.2026

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of semi-permanent makeup (SPMU) treatments, including lip blush and eyebrow procedures, all services are personalised and non-refundable once carried out. As such, refunds are generally not provided after treatment has been completed.

This policy complies with applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Payments

  • A payment is required to secure your appointment.

  • Any payment made will be deducted from the total treatment cost if the treatment cost is more than the payment already made.

  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

I aim to be fair and flexible while protecting appointment availability:

  • 24 hours or more notice:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge. Any payments made can be transferred to a new appointment or refunded upon request.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice:
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, only 50% of the total service charge will be refunded.

  • Failure to attend (No-Show):
If you do not attend your appointment and do not provide notice, no refund will be issued.

4. Refunds Before Treatment

You may be eligible for a refund where:

  • You cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice and request a refund

  • We cancel your appointment and cannot offer a suitable alternative

5. Refunds After Treatment

Once a treatment has been performed:

  • No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction with aesthetic results, as outcomes vary between individuals

  • SPMU is a multi-stage process and may require a touch-up session to achieve desired results

However, in accordance with UK law, you may be entitled to a remedy if:

  • The service was not carried out with reasonable care and skill

  • The service was not as described

In such cases, we will offer:

  • A corrective treatment where appropriate, or

  • A partial or full refund in line with your statutory rights

6. Medical Unsuitability

If you are deemed unsuitable for treatment at consultation or on the day of your appointment:

  • Treatment may be refused for safety reasons

  • Refunds will be considered depending on the circumstances, particularly where full and accurate medical information was provided in advance

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our discretion, offer flexibility in cases of genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your legal rights under UK consumer protection law.

Important: By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
